Clear Communication
We believe strong communication leads to strong results. To ensure the highest quality and smooth case flow:

Please provide complete, accurate, and legible instructions with every case.

Any updates or changes should be sent to us as soon as possible via TEXT.

TEXTING is our preferred method for communicating case updates, concerns, or specific requests.

If clarification is needed, we will reach out promptly—quick responses help keep your case on track.
Our goal is to keep the process easy, clear, and collaborative. When we’re all on the same page, great work follows.
Case Submissions

All case submissions must include accurate and complete prescriptions.

Digital files, impressions, and bite registrations must be of high quality to ensure proper fit and function.

The Lab reserves the right to delay or reject work due to insufficient or unclear case materials.

Dentist signature is required for ALL submitted cases.
Turnaround Time

Standard turnaround times begin upon receipt of all necessary materials and information.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed, but we strive to meet or exceed agreed-upon deadlines.

Rush services may be available at an additional fee and must be pre-approved.
Delivery & Shipping​

The Lab is not responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused during transit.

Eco-conscious packaging is used when possible as part of our sustainability efforts.
Payment Terms

Invoices are due Net 15 unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Past due balances may incur interest charges of 2% of the and will delay future case work.

The Lab reserves the right to suspend services until outstanding balances are settled.
Warranty & Remakes

Our products are warranted against material and craftsmanship defects for [12 months] from the delivery date.

This warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, poor oral hygiene, improper fit due to inaccurate impressions, or changes in the patient's oral condition.

Remakes due to Lab error will be completed at no charge. Remakes due to doctor or patient changes may incur a full or partial charge.
Cancellations & Returns
-
Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of submission.

Cases already in production may be subject to charges based on work completed.
-
Due to the custom nature of dental appliances, completed cases are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they fall under warranty coverage.
